Other ways to give

Give by post

You can still give via good old fashioned post! Cheques should be made payable to ‘Thrive’ and sent to Meridian House, Sandy Lane West, Littlemore, Oxford, OX4 6LB, UK. Please don’t send cash in the post.

Fundraise for Us

Every year, Thrive supporters like you who want to see more young people fulfil their full potential put on fundraising events to help them.

Some host a coffee morning. Others, a quiz night. Some do sponsored challenges, putting themselves through grueling physical challenges, backed by their friends and family.

Give when you shop

Do you do your weekly shop online? Are you a DVD collector, regular gig-goer or airmile clocker? Did you know that there are thousands of online retailers like Sainsbury’s and Amazon who will donate money to Thrive every time you buy from them online – At no cost to you! All you need to do is to sign up for a Give as you Live account today and nominate Innovista (Thrive’s parent charity). It’s that easy!

Give as You Earn

Did you know that payroll giving is one of the most efficient ways to donate money?

If you are a basic rate UK taxpayer and give £25 a month to see disadvantaged communities changed for good through the service of young leaders, we would actually receive £31.25 to work towards that!

If you’re in a higher tax band, we could receive £50 from a £25 donation!

Regular donations are taken out from your salary before tax, making it easy for you to help young people bring hope and lasting change to disadvantaged communities. It’s a tax efficient and time efficient way to give.

Leave a Legacy

Leaving a gift to Thrive in your Will can help ensure that what we’ve started can continue. Every legacy we receive helps us to do more in the communities we are in. By supporting young people in this way, you can continue to make an impact on them and their communities.

Leaving a gift in your will can have a massive impact in disadvantaged communities. But many of us don’t get round to making one.

If you haven’t yet made a Will, we would recommend that you seek advice from a solicitor or legal advisor. It ought not to be a time consuming or expensive process. They will be able to advise on how to make a gift to Thrive to. They will ask for our registered charity number and address, which can be found at the bottom of this webpage.

If your Will is already written, and you wish to add to it, this is done by inserting a Codicil, which is an addition to the existing Will containing supplementary instructions. This needs to be drawn up and witnessed. Again, we recommend seeking professional advice.
